The properties are located in the green and calm surrounding of Chôdes, a community of Malmedy. You can find more information on these places and other nearby places. The houses are also ideally located for hiking, biking and other sportif activities.



Chôdes,  G'Doûmont, Boussire

 


These three small villages, whose houses are scattered over the hills and crests along the road leading from Malmedy to Robertville, offer splendid panoramic views blending from valleys into hills and hills into valleys. From here one can just make out Baugnez, Géromont and the roads running out towards Xhoffraix, Longfaye, Stavelot and beyond.


Malmedy

 


Malmedy is a francophone town and is located in the province of Liege. It forms one of the 262 communes in Wallonia. It is one of the communes in Belgium that has a legalized rule to ease the problems of its language minority: 5% of its citizens are German-speaking. The town also belongs to the Eastern cantons, i.e. those that were united with Belgium in 1925, just like 11 other Belgian communes.

Spa-Francorchamps


A five minute drive away is the beautifull car track of Spa-Francorchamps. You can enjoy epic car races almost every weekend like stages of  the Formula One, the World Endurance Championship, Moto GP,...

Castle of Reinhardstein


In the romantic valley of the Warche, the castle of Reinharstein was build in 1354 by Renaud van Waimes. The castle can be visited, but the surrounding is also a beautifull hiking area.
